As part of the agreement, P.I. Works will be using their own proprietary, centralized SON (Self-Organizing-Network) solution uSON<sup>TM</sup>, which allows to solve capacity and coverage issues in Telefónica mobile network.
As a result of Telefónica's extensive evaluation of P.I. Works services and solutions, radio access network quality has been improved, while network overload has been reduced. This has improved subscriber mobile experience, and reduced the need for base station upgrades.
